This privacy policy explains how La Grave Agency, operating as a brand of Olive Group LLC (“La Grave”, “we”, “us”), collects and uses information from visitors to lagraveagency.com.

What we collect

  • Standard server logs — IP address, browser type, referring URL, timestamp
  • Analytics data — anonymized site usage data collected via Google Analytics 4 (page views, session duration, traffic source)
  • Cookies — small text files set by WordPress, Google Analytics, and our anti-spam systems

How we use it

  • To respond to your audit request or inquiry
  • To deliver and improve the website and audit process
  • To send periodic communications related to your engagement (only if you become a client)
  • To meet legal and contractual obligations

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing use.

How long we keep it

Audit requests and contact form submissions: kept for 24 months from submission, then deleted unless you become a client.

Analytics data: retained for 14 months (Google Analytics default).

Server logs: 30 days.

Your rights

You can request to:

  • Correct or update inaccurate data
  • Delete your data (where we have no legal obligation to retain it)
  • Opt out of any future communications
